Massage Therapy Treatments
I offer different massage treatments including Sports Massage, Rehabilitation or Relaxation using a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Joint Mobilization to help relieve a large variety of acute and chronic conditions.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is the most common type of massage, and well known all over the world. Its primary effect on the body is relaxation and has a gentle approach. This treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage Therapy consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of the body or to the body.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
Relaxation Massage is a Swedish Massage focused on decreasing muscle tension and calming the nervous system with an focus on leaving the client with a relaxed and rejuvenated feeling.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage reaches structures far beneath the superficial fascia to attempt to relieve chronic muscle problems or injuries.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy Massage is a specialized Swedish Massage treatment provided to a pregnant woman addressing her concerns such as low back, hip pain, swelling, etc. Positioning during Pregnancy Massage is important and our clinic provides specialized pillows so you can comfortably lay face down during your entire pregnancy. Side lying is also an option if facing down is not possible.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Treatment techniques in Sports Massage vary depending on whether the client is in the midst of a training period or is pre- or post-event. The techniques include kneading, muscle manipulation, and joint mobilization.
